Do you offer warranties on your engines?

Yes, all our engines come with a standard 3-month warranty. We also offer extended warranties of 6 or 12 months at an additional cost.

Who installs the engines you supply?

For our Engine Supply & Replacement services, installations are carried out by our certified partner garages to ensure professional fitting and optimal performance.

Can you collect my vehicle from my location?

Yes, we offer vehicle collection services for our Collect, Supply & Replacement and Collect, Supply, Replacement & Deliver packages. We’ll coordinate collection at a convenient time for you.

What is included in the Collect, Supply, Replacement & Deliver service?

This service covers vehicle collection, engine supply, professional installation, and delivery of your vehicle back to your location, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

How long does the engine replacement process take?

The timeframe for engine replacement depends on the specific requirements and availability of parts. We will provide an estimated completion date upon confirmation of your booking.

Are there any additional fees for storage?

After a 7-day grace period of free storage, standard storage fees of £26 per day for cars (up to 3.5 tonnes) and £13 per day for two-wheeled vehicles will apply if the vehicle remains uncollected.

Do you offer nationwide services?

Yes, we provide collection, delivery, and engine services across the UK to ensure that customers everywhere can benefit from our expertise.

What happens if I change my mind after booking a service?

If you decide to cancel after booking, an administrative fee may apply. This fee will be deducted from any return funds held or must be paid before vehicle collection.

How do I make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase, receipts for timing kits, and approved engine oil. Claims must be supported with diagnostic reports, videos, and images of the issue.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and other secure payment options. Full payment is required before final collection or delivery of the vehicle.

Can you supply ancillary components with the engine?

Yes, ancillary parts like water pumps, sensors, and turbos may be provided free of charge, but they are not covered under warranty.
