Each engine is delivered directly to your specified address with careful handling and packaging to prevent damage during transit. Customers can expect prompt, reliable delivery backed by our commitment to excellence. Please note that this service does not include fitting or any other additional services.

1.2 Engine Supply & Replacement

Our Engine Supply & Replacement service includes sourcing a top-quality engine and professionally replacing your vehicle’s existing engine. This service is performed exclusively by our certified partner garages, who adhere to strict industry standards and protocols to ensure optimal performance, safety, and longevity of the new engine. This comprehensive service covers the entire replacement process, including diagnostic testing before and after the engine replacement, to guarantee quality assurance. 1.3 Collect, Supply & Replacement

Engine Supplier Limited offers a seamless end-to-end service for customers requiring engine replacement. This service begins with the collection of your vehicle from your specified location, ensuring safe and secure transport to one of our certified partner garages. Once at the garage, a thorough inspection and diagnostic check are conducted to identify any pre-existing issues or areas of concern. Following this, we proceed with the supply and replacement of your engine, using only high-quality components tailored to your vehicle’s needs. This service ensures a hassle-free experience, with every step handled by experienced professionals.

1.4 Collect, Supply, Replacement & Delivery

Our most comprehensive service includes the collection of your vehicle, engine supply, professional replacement, and delivery back to your specified location. 2. Warranty Terms and Conditions

2.1 Standard Warranty

All engines supplied by Engine Supplier Limited are covered by a 6-month standard warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the engine itself but does not extend to ancillary components, labor costs, or any other associated services.

2.2 Conditions for Warranty Validity

To ensure the validity of the warranty, all engines purchased from Engine Supplier Limited must be installed with a new timing belt, cam belt, chain, and water pump. Additionally, new engine oil must be used during the installation process. Failure to follow this procedure will render the warranty null and void. The installation must be performed by a certified, qualified mechanic to guarantee compliance with manufacturer standards and to maintain warranty eligibility.

2.3 Warranty Exclusions

• The warranty does not cover ancillary parts or components provided as complimentary items with the engine. This includes, but is not limited to, starter motors, alternators, turbos, injectors, sensors, and modules. These items are considered additional and are not covered under any warranty terms.
• The warranty will not cover issues arising from overheating, lack of lubrication, neglect, or failure to adhere to recommended maintenance guidelines.
• Any claims related to engine faults must be accompanied by proof of purchase for timing kits and approved engine oil. Receipts must be clear, legible, and match the installation details. Failure to provide proof of compliance will result in the warranty being voided.

2.4 Labor Warranty for Replacement Services

For engine replacement services performed by our certified partner garages, a 6-month labor warranty applies. This warranty covers any issues directly related to the engine installation, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and ongoing support. Please note that the labor warranty does not cover unrelated vehicle issues or additional repairs that may be required.

3. Service and Installation Requirements

3.1 Certified Installation Requirement

Engines supplied by Engine Supplier Limited must be installed by a certified and qualified mechanic. Installations performed by private individuals, unqualified mechanics, or non-partner garages will void the warranty and any associated guarantees. Our partner garages follow strict protocols to ensure that every installation meets or exceeds manufacturer standards, guaranteeing optimal performance and safety.

3.2 Pre-Installation Inspection and Diagnostics

Prior to engine replacement, a comprehensive pre-installation inspection must be conducted. This inspection is designed to identify any unrelated issues that could impact the performance or longevity of the new engine. Customers will receive a detailed Pre-Installation Report, which outlines any potential concerns or recommendations for additional work. If the vehicle fails the pre-installation diagnostics, the mechanic will contact the customer directly to discuss available options, including additional services or repairs that may be required. The customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred, and all work must be approved by the customer before proceeding.

3.3 Vehicle Storage and Collection

• Initial Free Storage Period: Customers are entitled to a 7-day period of free vehicle storage following the completion of services.
• Storage Charges: After the initial free period, the following storage fees apply:
  • Standard Private Car (up to 3.5 tonnes MAM): £26 per day
  • Two-Wheeled Vehicles: £13 per day
• Uncollected Vehicles: If a vehicle remains uncollected after multiple notifications, including a final 7-day notice, Engine Supplier Limited reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or scrap the vehicle to cover outstanding debts, including storage fees. Any excess funds generated from the sale will be refunded to the customer.

3.4 Administrative Fees for Cancellations

If a customer decides to cancel their service or change their mind after the service process has begun, an administrative fee may apply (typically £250 for engine services). This fee will be deducted from any funds held for return or must be paid before vehicle collection.

3.5 Collection and Delivery Arrangements

All vehicle collections and deliveries must be pre-arranged with Engine Supplier Limited. Customers are responsible for ensuring that outstanding balances are cleared prior to the release or delivery of their vehicle.

4. Customer Responsibilities and General Terms

4.1 Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure that their vehicle is prepared for service, including removing all personal belongings.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to recommended maintenance schedules and service intervals to maximize engine performance and warranty compliance.
• Any failure to provide proof of compliance with required procedures, such as the use of approved timing kits and engine oil, will result in the warranty being voided.

4.2 Returns and Refunds

Customers may return parts within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. A completed Returns Form must accompany the returned items.

4.3 Non-Transferable Warranty

All warranties and guarantees offered by Engine Supplier Limited are non-transferable and apply solely to the original customer listed on the invoice.

4.4 Liability Limitation

Engine Supplier Limited is not liable for any damages arising from misuse, improper installation by unqualified personnel, or unrelated vehicle issues. Customers agree to hold Engine Supplier Limited harmless from claims related to such matters.
